A six-day residential programme suitable for beginners as well as advanced students.

The purpose of this course is to gain a practical insight in the causes of diseases and how their relationship to nutrition. Naturally, you will gain interesting cooking skills and our focus extends to preparing tasty and colourful meals. We also integrate in this programme a range of activities to make it a true culinairy health-kick.

The program consists of:

  • Specific methods on how to prepare grains, beans, vegetables, sea-vegetables, and delicious desserts with fruit, fermented sweet rice crème (amazake) and nuts
  • Methods on how to change your eating habits
  • Basic Macrobiotic theory
  • Preparation of ginger compress, medicinal drinks for headaches, tiredness, stress and digestive problems
  • Yoga, Shiatsu massage and various other natural beauty treatments
